1. INTRODUCTION

1. Welcome to Geeks Challenge (“Geeks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between You (“User,” “Player,” “You,” or “Your”) and Geeks Challenge. By downloading, installing or accessing Our mobile or web applications (collectively, the “Services/platform”), You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, including Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not access or use the Services. If You accept these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, You represent and warrant that You have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1. “Entry Fee”: Non-refundable fee paid to participate in a skill-based competition.

2. “Prize Pool”: Total Entry Fees collected, minus Platform Fee.

3. “Platform Fee”: Administrative fee (10–15%) covering operations, compliance, and prizes.

4. “Wallet”: A digital balance account in your profile for managing game funds.

3. OUR RIGHTS

1. All rights, titles and interests in the Services and content remain Our property.

2. You are not granted any rights to use Our trademarks or intellectual property except as stated in these Terms.

3. Feedback you provide is voluntary, and we may use it freely without obligation.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & VERIFICATION

1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register.

2. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated.

3. Geeks Challenge reserves the right to accept or reject any registration.

4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials.

5. GAMEPLAY & PRIZES

1. Competitions are based on skill and knowledge, across various domains.

2. Entry into a game requires payment of an Entry Fee from your Wallet.

3. Prize distributions are made according to publicly stated rules.

4. Winnings are credited to your Wallet upon match completion.

5. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and processing time of 5–7 business days.

6. USER CONDUCT AND ANTI-GAMBLING

• 1. You shall not use the platform for betting or gambling.
• 2. Use of bots, cheats, or manipulation of outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• 3. Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards others will not be tolerated.
• 4. Any violation may lead to suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

7. LICENSE TO USE OUR SERVICES

1. We grant You a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Our Services for personal, non-commercial use.

2. You must not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of Our software.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. The Services are provided “AS IS” and we disclaim all warranties.

2. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Your use or inability to use the Services.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

1. We are not liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, and internet outages.

10. BREACH OF THESE TERMS

1. Breach of these Terms may lead to suspension, legal action, or termination of Your account.

11. GOVERNING LAW

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Geeks Challenge.
