Welcome to Geeks Challenge (“Geeks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between You (“User,” “Player,” “You,” or “Your”) and Geeks Challenge. By downloading, installing, or accessing Our mobile or web applications (collectively, the “Services/platform”), You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, including Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not access or use the Services.

2. DEFINITION OF TERMS
• Entry Fee: Non-refundable fee paid to participate in a skill-based competition.
• Prize Pool: Total Entry Fees collected, minus Platform Fee.
• Platform Fee: Administrative fee (10–15%) covering operations, compliance, and prizes.
• Wallet: A digital balance account for managing game funds.

3. OUR RIGHTS
• All rights, titles, and interests in the Services and content remain Our property.
• You are not granted any rights to use Our trademarks or intellectual property except as stated in these Terms.
• Feedback you provide is voluntary, and we may use it freely without obligation.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & VERIFICATION
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Provide accurate info and keep it updated.
• Geeks Challenge may accept or reject any registration.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. GAMEPLAY & PRIZES
• Competitions are based on skill and knowledge.
• Entry into a game requires payment of an Entry Fee from your Wallet.
• Prize distributions follow stated rules.
• Winnings go to your Wallet after match completion.
• Withdrawals need KYC verification (5–7 business days).

6. USER CONDUCT & ANTI-GAMBLING
• No betting or gambling.
• No bots, cheats, or manipulation.
• No abusive or inappropriate behavior.
• Violations = suspension or permanent ban.

7. LICENSE TO USE OUR SERVICES
• You get a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use.
• Don’t copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• Services are provided “AS IS.”
• We’re not liable for damages or service issues.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
• We’re not liable for events beyond our control (e.g. war, disasters, outages).

10. GOVERNING LAW
• Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
